Experience :

5-Axis CNC: 1 year (Required)
MasterCam: 1 year (Required)
Rhino: 1 year (Preferred)
AS9100 : 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

Maintains, operates and programs 3-Axis and 5-Axis machines simultaneously.
Ensures programs are correct and ready for production runs.
Proof programs for production runs. Read, write and adjust programs as needed.
Calibrates tools in CNC machine.
Uses Renishaw probe to inspect production parts while in the CNC machine.
Creates First Article Inspection (FAI's) of production parts.
Assists other operators as needed.
Maintain housekeeping requirements within assigned area/s.
Read, comprehend Job related documentation and detailed work instructions.
Complete assigned tasks within production schedule timeline.
High attention to detail and precision.
Maintain a lean and organized work area as required for functional and safe work environment.
Responsible for maintaining housekeeping requirements within assigned area/s.
