Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications. Responsibilities

  • Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages to create parts according to specifications.
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.

Salary info:

$26 - $32 / hr
