CNC Programmer/Manager

Direct Hire Opportunity

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Bethel, CT. This role will be responsible for CNC programming, machine setup and operation, milling/grinding operations, quality inspection, and supporting other operators.

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment, including mills, lathes, or Swiss screw machines.
Perform milling and grinding operations.
Monitor production quality and quantity.
Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.
Inspect finished work using micrometers, microscopes, air gages, electronic gages, and dial indicators.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Train and assist other operators as needed.
Perform machine setups for other operators when required.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow 6S standards.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC experience.
Strong CNC programming and setup experience.
Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss screw machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
Experience using precision measuring equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Ability to train and work effectively with others.
Must have steel-toed boots.
Ability to pass a preemployment screening

Hourly Salary Range $38.00- $42.00/hour, depending on experience.
2nd Shift: Monday- Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
