CNC Programmer
We are seeking experienced CNC Programmers for a key client located in Massillon, Ohio. If you have a passion for precision machining and programming five-axis machines, we want to hear from you.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime as needed (no weekends).
Pay
$25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Program 5-axis machines for creating fiberglass patterns and tools
Create and modify CNC programs using IGES files in MasterCam
Design and build pattern structures, including laying out and cutting various materials
Responsible for machine setup, including calibration and alignment
Cut patterns, performing both rough and finish cuts
Check dimensions of patterns to ensure accuracy
Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting machines
Perform other machinist-related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience working as a CNC Mill Programmer
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Working knowledge of MasterCam software
Familiarity with SolidWorks 3D CAD software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong math skills
Nice to Have Skills
Experience programming 5-axis CNC machines
Knowledge of fiberglass pattern and tool manufacturing
Preferred Education and Experience
Technical trade education or Associates Degree
Other Requirements
Ability to work on-site at the Massillon location
Physical ability to handle tools and materials as required
