CNC Programmer (Mid–Senior Level)
Pay Rate: $38-$43 Per Hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Available
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you like variety in your day, problem-solving, and working on short-run, high-mix projects—this role offers exactly that.

You’ll play a key role in programming, setting up, and running parts, with frequent changeovers that keep the work interesting and engaging.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines in a short-run production environment
  • Handle multiple setups and program changes daily based on production needs
  • Convert SolidWorks models into Mastercam programs
  • Work closely with the team to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with 2-axis and 3-axis CNC programming (additional axes a plus)
  • Ability to write and edit G-code
  • Experience machining aluminum and plastic materials
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Mastercam (or other CAM software with willingness to learn Mastercam)
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks
  • Experience working with Mazak and ProtoTRAK machines
