Their U.S. operations in Greensboro, NC are growing, and they are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join their manufacturing team.
Position Overview

The CNC Machinist – Milling is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components. This is a hands-on role ideal for experienced machinists who take pride in accuracy, problem-solving, and producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines (5-axis)
  • Select, install, and adjust cutting tools for optimal performance
  • Monitor machining operations to ensure quality, precision, and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and tool changes
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
  • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical certification or associate degree in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience (Heidenhain controls preferred)
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience with machine setup, tooling, and maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of machining safety standards and best practices
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
