Blueprints, CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) Systems, CNC Lathe, Computer Programming, D Programming Language, Drilling, Engineering Drawing, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Identify Issues, Lathe, Machine Tool, Machining, Machining Operations, Safety/Work Safety, Technical Drawing, Virtual Tape Library
-Program 2D and 3D toolpaths using Mastercam for machining and drilling operations
-Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
-Operate and maintain the following equipment:
-Mazak CNC Lathe/Mill
-Haas Lathe
-You Ji VTL / Drill / Mill
-Quickmill Drill
-Fadal Drill
-Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
-Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments
-Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
-Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
-Strong proficiency in Mastercam (2D & 3D programming)
-Hands-on experience operating multiple CNC lathes, mills, and drills
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
