We seek an experienced CNC Programmer proficient in Mastercam, specializing in large-scale component manufacturing, including milling and turning.
Responsibilities include developing and optimizing CNC programs, performing precise setups, troubleshooting machining issues, designing tools and fixtures, and ensuring quality through measurements and inspections.
Qualifications require at least 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience, strong knowledge of metalworking, GD&T, and familiarity with large part operations. Preferred skills include manual machining and technical certifications.
Physical demands involve lifting heavy objects, working in challenging conditions, and safety precautions like protective gear. Flexibility for extended hours and minimal travel is expected.
