What You'll Do:
- Program and optimize CNC/NC Turret Punch Presses using G-code.
- Nest sheet metal parts accurately using AutoCAD, sketches, or G-code.
- Verify programs and perform first-part checks; adjust as needed to ensure quality.
- Operate CNC Turret Punch Presses to support production schedules.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain workflow and quality.
What You Need:
- Hands-on experience programming and operating CNC Sheet Metal Punch Presses.
- Strong blueprint reading and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of 2D CAD/CAM and G-code programming.
- Basic AutoCAD experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently.
