Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CNC programs for multi-axis machines, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
- Analyze complex part designs and translate them into detailed CNC code.
- Optimize cutting paths to maximize machine efficiency and part quality.
- Troubleshoot any programming issues and ensure the smooth operation of CNC machines.
- Maintain accurate and organized program documentation.
- (Bonus points!) Experience with Esprit programming software is a huge plus, but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and G-code programming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
