Are you a dynamic, experienced CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and innovation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a leading company in the engineering industry, committed to pushing the boundaries of technology and design. We are seeking a Permanent CNC Programmer with extensive experience in Mill, Fanuc controls, NC Codes, Solidworks, Haas, CIMCO, and horizontal mills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in this field.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

1. Developing and producing machinable CNC programs using software such as Solidworks, Haas, and CIMCO.
2. Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure maximum efficiency and precision.
3. Interpreting and working from engineering drawings, CAD models, and NC codes.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC programs and machinery.
5. Collaborating closely with design engineers and machinists to optimize designs and improve manufacturing processes.
6. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machinery.
8. Training and mentoring junior team members in CNC programming and operation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in the engineering industry.
2. Proficiency in Mill, Fanuc controls, NC Codes, Solidworks, Haas, CIMCO, and horizontal mills.
3. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling concepts, and machine setup.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
6. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
7. A relevant degree or certification in a related field would be advantageous.
8. Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD models.
9. A strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
