Step Into a Precision Day — Bridgeview, IL
Your day starts at 6:00 AM in a 75-person, close-knit shop that’s been building high-pressure filtration components since 1979 for aerospace, oil, and gas applications. You’ll move between 3–4 axis VMCs and turning centers with live tooling, programming in Esprit as needed, setting up machines, validating first articles, and then handing off production runs to operators.

Our Bridgeview, IL facility houses 12 modern machines, with in-house design and a culture grounded in quality, stability, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Own the setup, operation, and on-the-fly program edits for optimal metal removal and accuracy
- Program parts in Esprit when required; verify with first-article inspections
- Transition proven jobs to production operators and provide guidance as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and pitch in across the shop when required
Schedule
- 1st shift, 4/10s: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM start
- Optional overtime available Fridays and Saturdays

What You Bring
- 5+ years setting up and running CNC equipment (milling centers and/or live-tool lathes)
- Experience training and collaborating with operators and machinists
- Fluency reading technical prints and GD&T; able to follow verbal instructions
- Hands-on with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
- Confident with G-code; comfortable making edits
- Accurate use of precision measurement tools and gaging
- Ability to fabricate/modify special tooling for complex geometries
- Basic computer literacy: Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
