Join Durex Industries on 2nd Shift

We’re hiring CNC Milling professionals to help fabricate high-precision components on brand-new equipment—backed by an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Produce precision parts by operating milling and turning centers according to work orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Set up close-tolerance equipment: interpret drawings/samples/manuals and load programs; install and verify computerized instructions.
• Perform quality tests, operational checks, and in-process inspections; verify parts with precision measuring tools.
• Document everything accurately—forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Continuously improve: troubleshoot processes, refine tooling/feeds/speeds, and adjust offsets and code as needed.
• As experience grows, support operator training, workflow coordination, production scheduling, material management, and team leadership.
• Handle additional tasks as needed to meet customer requirements and schedules.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading; skilled with calipers, micrometers, indicators, and edge finders.
• Working knowledge of CNC controls and cutting tools; capable of proper deburring and part handling.
• Self-directed, safety- and quality-focused; organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator who owns results.
