Seeking a CNC Programmer to join a 50 year old industry leader and family business located in El Monte, California. This role will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing CNC programs. responsibilities:

• Program CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications
  
  
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy
  
  
• Utilize Fanuc controls for all aspects of CNC programming and machine operation
  
  
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies based based on lean manufacturing principles
  
  
• Provide training and technical guidance to junior staff members

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
  
  
• Knowledge of Inventor CAM, Fusion 360 and Mastercam

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Education: No Degree Required
