Our client, a precision manufacturing company in Franklin Park, is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to join their team on 1st shift. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term stability!
Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm & Saturdays: 6am–11am
Pay Range: $30–$35/hr PLUS depending on experience
What You’ll Do
- Program CNC Swiss lathes using Esprit, PartMaker, GibbsCAM Swiss, or Mastercam
- Write, edit, and optimize G-code
- Perform setups, prove-outs, and troubleshooting on the floor
- Reduce cycle times and scrap while maintaining ±0.0001" tolerances
- Create setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve maneuverability
