Seeking a CNC Programmer (Turning & Grinding Focus) to develop advanced machining processes for complex aerospace, automotive, and defense components.
This role involves programming CNC machines (horizontal turning mills, multi-axis mill-turns, 5-axis grinders), designing fixtures, optimizing processes, and supporting first article and production runs.
You will analyze components, develop strategies for tight tolerances, collaborate with engineering and shop teams, and ensure quality through inspection and GD&T principles.
Requires extensive CNC programming experience, proficiency in CAM software (Siemens NX preferred), and hands-on knowledge of machining aerospace-grade materials.
The environment is fast-paced and high-mix, demanding proactive communication, problem-solving, and shop-floor engagement.
Offers competitive pay ($50-$81/hr), comprehensive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture committed to innovation and safety.
Applicants with military or technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
