Work with Operations Manager and CNC Production Team to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
Develop, maintain and continuously improvement CNC programs, set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.*
Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.
Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts.*
Via training and in-house efforts.
Client uses Featurecam and Fusion and they just got ESPRIT - so the ability to leverage these tools is key.
Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills and Lathes.
Profile:
3+ years experience - strongly prefer build to print, low volume environment
Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.*
Featurecam, Fusion and/or ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.
Associates or Technical Degree is preferred / not required.
