CNC Programmer Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team in Tyler, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while working in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines
Create and modify CNC programs to meet production requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Design machining features and determine machining processes
Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
Conduct test runs and make program adjustments as needed
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and rulers
Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized condition
Qualifications
Previous CNC Programming and CNC Machining experience required
Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of machine calibration and equipment maintenance
Experience working with measuring and inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting as needed
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools
