Cnc Programmer

RightWorks is hiring CNC Programmer in Logan, UT. This is a long-term position with steady hours, top pay, excellent benefits, & long-term backlog of work. Interviews being conducted immediately.

CNC Machine Programmer – DMG Mori (NZ/NL/NT Series)

• Program, simulate & optimize multi-axis/multi-spindle CNC machines using Mastercam
• Interpret 3D models & blueprints to create efficient machining strategies
• Set tools, speeds, and feeds for precision & surface quality
• Handle live tooling, synchronized spindles, & sub-spindle transfers
• Collaborate with machinists & engineers for accurate setups & first articles
• Troubleshoot, revise, and reduce cycle times / improve tool life
• Maintain tool libraries, setup sheets, & documentation
• Support continuous improvement and compliance with ISO/AS standards

Requirements:

• 5+ yrs CNC programming (DMG Mori NZ/NL/NT experience preferred)
• Mastercam expert (Mill-Turn & Lathe modules)
• Strong G-/M-code and FANUC/MAPPS control knowledge
