We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in Woodstock, IL. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production of high-quality components. Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.
Maintain accurate records of production and programming changes.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
