Location: Brooklet, GA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday + Fridays as needed | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) preferred

Experience Requirements

• 2-5 years of CNC machining experience required
• Experience operating CNC routers, mills, lathes, or turning machines
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

• Set up and operate CNC routers and other machining equipment
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications to ensure part accuracy
• Load programs, adjust tooling, and monitor machine performance
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain production records and quality documentation
• Identify and report machine issues, tooling concerns, or nonconforming materials
• Follow AS9100 quality standards, OSHA safety requirements, and 5S practices
• Support continuous improvement and production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
