CNC Router Operator | Cabinet Shop Technician | Brogue, PA

TradeWorX is hiring a CNC Router Operator / Cabinet Shop Technician for a shop-based opportunity in Brogue, PA. This role is a strong fit for candidates with CNC operation, cabinet shop, woodworking, casework, millwork, CAD/CAM, or blueprint reading experience. Candidates do not need to be traditional metal machinists. Woodworking, cabinetry, countertop, and custom fabrication experience are strongly encouraged.

Pay & Overtime:
$18.00–$21.00/hour based on experience, skill level, and interview. Candidates with relevant CNC, CAD/CAM, cabinet shop, woodworking, or casework experience may be considered at the higher end of the range. Overtime may be available based on workload and production needs.
Schedule:
Full-time shop schedule. Monday through Friday schedule expected. Exact hours to be confirmed during interview.

Job Duties:
  • Operate CNC equipment to cut and fabricate materials for custom cabinetry, casework, countertops, and related shop projects
  • Read technical drawings, shop drawings, blueprints, cut sheets, and project specifications
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor CNC machine operation for accurate production
  • Support cabinet shop production, material handling, measuring, cutting, and assembly as needed
  • Use CAD/CAM or design software experience to support accurate machining when applicable
  • Work with shop team members to maintain quality, pace, and production flow
Requirements:
  • CNC operation, CNC router, cabinet shop, woodworking, millwork, casework, or related production experience preferred
  • Ability to read drawings, blueprints, layouts, or technical specifications
  • CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, or Microvellum experience is a plus
  • General carpentry, cabinetry, countertop, or shop fabrication knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work well with others in a shop setting
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
