We are hiring a CNC Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Avon, OH. This role offers $17-$21/hr on the 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm).
The position involves setting up and operating CNC routers and 5-axis waterjet cutting equipment, developing nesting programs, and maximizing material yield. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and GD&T, performing machining calculations, inspecting parts, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should have 2-3 years of CNC experience, familiarity with CNC equipment, strong attention to detail, and basic math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
