Job Description:
- Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Set up and operate CNC machines, primarily Mazak & Toshiba
- Input and adjust CNC programs as necessary to ensure accurate machining of parts
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Minimum of 5 years experience with CNC machines and equipment
- Must be Familiar/prior experience with Mazatrol programming software
- Must have experience in all calibrated tools to check parts (mics, depth mics, bore gauges, etc)
- Must Understanding of tolerances to the .0005 and must be able to relate this to inspection tools
