2nd Shift  | 2 PM to 10 PM | Full-TimeEnjoy Your Mornings & Build Life-Saving Medical ComponentsDo you enjoy setting up machines, solving problems, and seeing your work make a real impact?  Are you looking for a hands-on CNC role with variety, responsibility, and room to grow? Custom Wire Technologies, Inc., is a trusted Manufacturer of precision medical components, and we're looking for a CNC Set-up Technician to join our 2nd Shift team.With nearly 25 years of success in the medical manufacturing industry, we offer stability, modern equipment and a job-shop environment where every day brings something new. Why You'll Like Working Here 2nd shift hours (2 PM–10 PM) – mornings free Stable medical industry work Interesting job‑shop variety (not repetitive production) Opportunity to take ownership of setups and troubleshooting Clean, regulated manufacturing environment Supportive team culture with opportunities to train others What You'll DoIn this role you'll support the production of high-quality medical components by:Setting up and operating CNC and related production equipmentAdjusting machinery and processes to maintain quality and efficiencyReviewing work orders and schedules to meet customer needsPerforming routine, preventative, and basic corrective maintenanceTroubleshooting equipment or process issuesMaintaining accurate maintenance and setup documentationWorking cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, and production teamsAssisting with training and mentoring technicians or production staffFollowing GMPs, SOPs, and all safety and quality requirements What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1–3+ years of machine set‑up experience (CNC preferred)Manufacturing experience with mechanical systemsStrong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skillsFamiliarity with hand tools and basic measurementAbility to perform basic mathAdaptability in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentExtras  (Nice-to-have but not required)Technical or trade school educationExperience with CNC programs and programmingMedical device or regulated industry experienceJob shop manufacturing backgroundExperience with engineering change processesReady to Join Us?If you want a steady 2nd shift role where your technical skills are valued and your work supports critical medical products, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of a team that makes a real difference - one precision component at a time.At this time, we are not considering candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States.
