Your role in our mission

You’ll operate CNC machines, assist with setups under the guidance of expert machinists, and ensure every part meets print through smart offset adjustments, accurate measurements, and meticulous documentation. You’ll move across multiple machines in a cell, apply GD&T every day, and share your know‑how to help fellow operators master repeatable tasks.

• Consistently meets specifications by reading blueprints and correlating inspection protocols.
• Keeps production steady using control functions and sound machining fundamentals.
• Maximizes throughput by running several machines concurrently.
• Contributes to a culture of learning by mentoring others.
• Steps into additional duties as needed to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
• 2+ years of machining experience
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Employment type: Full‑time, 2nd shift
• Schedule: 3:00 pm – 1:30 am, Monday–Friday
