CNC Setup and Production Machinist (Milling/Turning)

Core responsibilities

  • Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Execute tool changes, make offsets, and adjust machines as needed
  • Verify parts using precision measuring instruments to meet tight tolerances
  • Hit production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Participate in shop-floor continuous improvement efforts

What you bring

  • 1+ year operating CNC machinery
  • Proficiency reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools
  • Hands‑on exposure to setups, tooling, and offsets (preferred)
  • Quality‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work a scheduled shift and take on overtime

Compensation & schedule

  • Hourly pay: $20–$40 based on experience
