Through TekPro, you can step into a long-term role as either a CNC Machinist or a CNC Operator with one of our two established manufacturing partners.

Open Roles & Pay

• CNC Machinists — $26.00–$37.00/hr (based on experience)
• CNC Operators — $22.00–$30.00/hr (based on experience)

What a Day Looks Like

As a CNC Machinist, you will:

• Set up and run CNC equipment with confidence.
• Interpret blueprints and job travelers to plan your work.
• Dial in tooling and make precise offset adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy and quality.
• Support a team environment—ideal for experienced machinists and strong operators ready to step up.

As a CNC Operator, you will:

• Load and unload CNC mills, lathes, or other machines.
• Keep an eye on cycle progress and production output.
• Perform basic in-process quality checks.
• Assist with tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed.

Schedule & Overtime

• 1st Shift: Available
• 2nd Shift: Available
• Overtime: Consistent 10–15 hours per week available

What You Bring

• Prior CNC machining or CNC operating experience preferred
• Setup experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience on CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and open to working overtime when needed
