We’re looking for a motivated CNC Milling Machinist who wants more than just a job you want to learn, grow, and be part of a high-quality operation. If you enjoy working with precision, solving problems, and seeing your work come to life, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Haas, Fadal, or similar)
Load tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Run first article parts and support inspections
Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Deburr and finish parts to meet high-quality standards
Follow setup sheets, travelers, and quality procedures
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of CNC milling and setup experience
Hands-on experience with tooling, offsets, and workholding
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)
Experience with Haas or Fadal controls is a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Exposure to 5-axis machining
Experience holding tight tolerances (.001” or better)
Familiarity with Mastercam or other CAM software
Aerospace or AS9100 environment experience
Swiss machining exposure
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$30/hour (depending on experience)
