Pay Rate: $25.50 - $27.00 per hour
Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:25 PM - 2:55 AM

The Skills You Need To Make the Cut
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of machining experience preferred
- Experience setting up and operating CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong math, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Exposure to noise, dust, and manufacturing conditions within OSHA standards
- Repetitive movement, bending, reaching, and machine operation
How You'll Keep Production Moving
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets
- Perform first-piece inspections and ensure quality using precision measuring tools
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and offsets
- Monitor production, cycle times, and machine performance
- Troubleshoot issues and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate counts and meet production targets
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and output
