What You’ll Do
Live our safety-first mindset every shift and follow all policies, PPE, and procedures.
Manage and track sheet metal and parts inventory using established control methods.
Handle sheet metal and operate material handling equipment with care to protect people, equipment, and product quality.
Perform complex setups on CNC laser and press brake, recalling/editing programs and dialing in offsets to meet quality and throughput targets.
Cut, bend, punch, drill, and deburr components to spec using engineering drawings and documented practices.
Plan work, prioritize tasks, and meet production schedule commitments.
Cross-train across operations and coach less-experienced teammates.
Conduct and document inspections and tests to verify conformance.
Stage and prepare parts for handoff to the next internal customer.
Own housekeeping, safety checks, and user-level maintenance of all equipment.
Record time and material usage accurately for production reporting.
Who You Are
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree a plus.
3–5 years setting up and operating CNC laser and press brake equipment.
Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints.
Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, protractors).
A collaborative teammate with strong English communication and solid organization skills.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Physically able to perform all job tasks and lift at least 30 lbs.
Knowledgeable in workholding, tooling, and safe machining practices.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Basic computer skills; able to navigate Windows systems.
