Your role
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to load and unload parts.
Change tools as required during the production process.
Perform measurement checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
Use inspection equipment to verify product quality.
Adhere to internal safety standards.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude in a team environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Preferred: Proficient in CNC machine operation (no programming required).
Familiarity with inspection equipment.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to use calculators and computers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with an understanding of geometric tolerances.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Minimum of two years of CNC machine operation experience.
Familiarity with Makino or Kitamura CNC machines preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Visual acuity for part inspection and reading measurements.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with required eye and hearing protection.
Exposure to noise and moving machinery.
