Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machine settings and operations.
- Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Adjust machine controls and tool offsets to ensure quality and accuracy of parts.
- Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Record production data, quality checks, and other operational information.
