Our privately owned manufacturing facility is seeking a hands-on working CNC Supervisor, who is eager to grow with a company with high ambitions and a strong work ethic to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
Completes production plan by scheduling jobs, monitoring progress, and reporting results of the process flow
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
Knowledge of CNC machining, programming set-ups for Mills and Lathes
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
