Our client is looking for a CNC Swiss Machinist. Our client is a world-leading innovator in the development and manufacturing of super abrasive grinding wheels and tools with locations around the globe.
The CNC Swiss Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC Swiss mills and lathes to craft intricate and precise components for diverse markets, along with other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities/Duties: - Setting up CNC Swiss lathes or other machines based on blueprint specifications and materials - Write and edit programs and troubleshooting - Using inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, or profile projectors to ensure precision - Adjusting machine settings to meet exact product requirements
Requirements/Qualifications: - A high school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of CNC lathe and mill machining experience - 1+ years of hands-on experience with CNC Swiss Mills and/or lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment - G&M Code experience/knowledge - Ability to edit programs and write from scratch
