About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC Swiss-type lathes to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Swiss machining and a commitment to quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes (e.g., Star, Citizen, Tsugami) to perform precision machining operations.
Interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to plan machining tasks.
Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Document production data and maintain accurate records of machining processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Swiss Machinist or similar role.
Proficiency with CNC Swiss machining equipment and control software (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi).
Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
