Pay: $21.00–$32.00/hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift

Hire Sync is hiring an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist for a well-established precision manufacturing company in Euclid, OH. This is not an entry-level CNC position. We are looking for candidates with hands-on CNC Swiss machining experience who can set up and operate Tsugami Swiss lathes using Fanuc controls. You’ll produce precision valves and fittings where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail matter.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss lathes
• Work with Fanuc controls to run precision machining operations
• Machine high-quality valves, fittings, and related precision components
• Complete machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes
• Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain specifications
• Inspect completed parts to ensure dimensional and quality requirements are met
• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow established machining, quality, and safety procedures

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience
• Previous CNC machine setup and operating experience
• Experience with Tsugami Swiss lathes strongly preferred
• Fanuc control experience required
• Ability to work independently through machine setups and production runs
• Experience machining precision metal components
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain tight tolerances and consistently produce quality parts
• Steel-toe footwear required
