CNC Swiss / Multi-Spindle Machine Operator

Pay: $25–$29 per hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift

Job Summary

ZenTech Consulting is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss / Multi-Spindle Machine Operator to operate and monitor precision production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting equipment such as Yang, Euroturn, Davenport, Eurotech Triple Turret, STAR, or similar Swiss-style and multi-spindle machines.

This is a hands-on position for an experienced machinist who understands production machining, tooling, measurements, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss, multi-spindle, and automatic screw machines.
• Operate equipment such as Yang, Euroturn, Davenport, Eurotech Triple Turret, STAR, or comparable machines.
• Load and unload material and tooling and monitor machine operation.
• Make basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain production and part quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Inspect finished parts and maintain required dimensional tolerances.
• Identify tooling, machine, or quality issues and make appropriate adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Swiss, multi-spindle, or automatic screw machines required.
• Experience with Yang, Euroturn, Davenport, Eurotech Triple Turret, STAR, or similar equipment strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling changes, feeds, speeds, and machine offsets.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently in a production manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Compensation & Schedule

$25–$29/hour, based on experience and machine knowledge.
