Develops and implements programs Citizen Swiss machines and performs machine setups to assess programs for prototype parts
Works closely with engineering and manufacturing staff to identify business requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective use of technology to achieve business goals

Skills and experience:
5 or more years hands-on Citizen Swiss programming experience
Experience with Citizen L or M machines required.
Experience programming in Esprit strongly preferred
Must be expert level for programming, set-up, troubleshooting Swiss parts that are exceptionally small with tight tolerances and manufactured with a variety of exotic metals
Must be able to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models to generate programs
Collaborates with engineering and production teams
Must have outstanding interpersonal/communication skills
Must be highly motivated and results-driven, able to meet deadlines, with high level of personal accountability and ownership of work
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with others. Must be able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to staff
Must have excellent computer skills
Must be able to work efficiently and effectively to achieve business goals
