    Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with Swiss lathe experience to join their team.     Position Responsibilities

    • Program, optimize, and support production on Swiss-type CNC lathes.
    • Work with Tsugami machines equipped with Fanuc controls.
    • Develop efficient machining processes to improve quality, cycle times, and tool performance.
    • Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and customer requirements.
    • Troubleshoot machining challenges and support continuous improvement efforts.
    • Collaborate directly with operators, quality, and management to achieve production goals.

    Qualifications

    • Experience programming Swiss CNC lathes.
    • Ability to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
    • Experience machining tight-tolerance precision components.
    • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
    • Aerospace, medical, or high-precision manufacturing experience preferred.
