CNC Swiss Programmer / Lead setup

Summary:
An established, modern, manufacturer, specializing in machined parts for the aerospace, defense, electronics, and medical industries, is seeking an individual to oversee production and management of the Swiss department.
Primary duties will include changing over CNC setups, troubleshooting quality issues, training and supervising operators, and developing new programs as well and improving existing ones.
Qualifications:
Experience in programing Swiss type CNC machines (Star Swiss is a plus)
Minimum 7-10 years' experience as a CNC Programmer/Machinist
Strong knowledge of CNC Swiss machines
High School diploma/GED
Ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to direct and train personnel while monitoring performance
Supervising experience (preferred but not required)
Manufacturing background
Hours:
Hours are Monday- Friday with an average of 50 hours, with additional hours when required on Saturday.
