Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM | 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:40 PM-6:10 AM

CNC Swiss Screw Machinist Requirements:

• Previous experience in CNC machining, machine operation, or a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and perform quality inspections.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machining processes and tooling.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as needed, and work in a fast-paced production environment.

CNC Swiss Screw Machinist Job Duties:

• Assist machinists with daily production and manufacturing operations in a CNC machining environment.
• Operate and monitor CNC screw machines while performing secondary machining operations.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic tooling preparation, machine cleaning, and routine equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and support 5S workplace organization and safety standards.
