CNC Swiss Setup/Operator
Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Setup/Operate Swiss CNC equipment
a.Hanwha XD35, Hanwha XD32, Hanwha SL12, Star SR20J
b.Full machine setup (see below but not limited to)
i.Install collets/guide bushings
ii.Installation through the feed tube as needed
c.Load and prove out programs
d.Touch off tooling
e.Change inserts
2.Use blueprints to ensure proper dimensions on finished parts.
a.Including but not limited to GD&T
3.Troubleshoot CNC malfunctions and alert proper personnel when necessary.
4.Machine Maintenance (see below but not limited to).
a.Coolant levels, Lube levels, etc.
5.Inspection
a.Utilizing Micrometers, Micro-hites, comparators, Keyence TMX, etc.
6.Run multiple machines
7.Follow proper ISO 9001/AS 9100 procedures.
8.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
