Core responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day field service: installation, start-up, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across the local market.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues; perform PLC-level diagnostics.
- Resolve customer concerns, support the sales team when needed, and deliver brief operator training.
- Communicate effectively with shop personnel, engineers, and management.
- Uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards on every visit.
- Own cases and projects, maintaining accurate customer records and technical documentation.
- Take on related duties as assigned to keep customers productive.

- Background installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and turning centers.
- Proven mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repair skill set.
- Strength in CNC machine repair, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment diagnostics.
