Sets up, operates, controls, adjusts and performs work on CNC machining centers. Performs diversified and milling, drilling, boring , tapping or machining of the company's products either manually or computer control. Tracks scrap, daily through put for all shifts, schedules jobs to meet customer demand, schedules employees for jobs, processes outgoing paperwork as well as preventive maintenance. 2 yrs min experience
Qualifications & Skills: Strong Mechanical ability Knowledge of hand tools Ability to work in a manufacturing setting including lifting / moving up to 50#, walking, standing, stooping, bending etc for an entire shift Highschool diploma, GED or on the job equivalent STrong math skills Good dexterity Solid organizational and housekeeping skills Good comprehension skills Can take and follow direction blueprint reading SPC reporting basic knowledge of Word & Excel Familiarity with ERP systems 2 yrs min exp on CNC equipment for Haas, Fanuc and Fadal controls Basic knowledge of G & M codes
