This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, acquisition-backed tooling organization serving aerospace, automotive, medical, power generation, and high-volume production machining industries, with a specialized Nashville division known for solving complex machining challenges through custom-designed tools.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Tool Grinder/Programmer position include:
Salary: $30 - $40+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including PTO starting around 80 hours with flexibility up to approximately 3 weeks for strong candidates, accrual beginning on Day 1 and usable after 90 days, a 401k with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, pre-tax and Roth IRA options, HSA with 100% match on employee contributions up to the IRS limit, medical insurance through United Health Group/HMR, dental and vision insurance, voluntary life insurance, STD/LTD, bereavement leave, and an annual bonus up to 7% paid once per year based on targets.
