We are seeking an experienced CNC Torin Spring Coiler Setup Technician with a strong background in torsion spring manufacturing to join our production team.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Torin spring coiling machines
Produce high-quality torsion springs to customer specifications
Perform machine programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Read engineering drawings and production documentation
Verify product quality using precision measuring equipment
Optimize machine performance and minimize downtime
Perform routine maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience setting up CNC Torin spring coiling machines (required)
Experience operating Torin 10-size through 12-size machines
Torsion spring manufacturing experience is required
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
