Your mission
Own the complete CNC turning process—programming, setup, and production—so every part leaves the spindle meeting print, every time.
Author clean, efficient programs in Mastercam or longhand G/M code.
Engineer fixturing and setups that maximize accuracy and throughput.
Set tools, align workpieces, establish offsets, and validate sequences.
Calculate feeds/speeds and optimize cut parameters for quality and tool life.
Run parts to print, measure with advanced inspection tools, and verify before inspection.
Maintain equipment, change tooling, and stop machines to resolve issues fast.
