Role Snapshot
- Set up and/or run CNC lathes to produce tight-tolerance components.
- Interpret blueprints and work instructions to guide each operation.
- Perform tool changes, set offsets, and make basic machine adjustments.
- Conduct in-process and final checks with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain part quality and production standards throughout each shift.
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet customer specs.
Do You Match?
- Experience operating or setting up CNC lathes in production.
- Proficient with blueprint reading and precision metrology tools.
- Detail-driven with a commitment to consistent quality.
- Background in a production machining environment.
- Comfort with CNC controls and machining best practices (preferred).
