The Mission

Own the precision turning process from setup to finish. You’ll handle complex parts on 2-axis CNC horizontal and VTL lathes, jump onto 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills when needed, and use manual machines to eliminate bottlenecks. You’ll stage jobs, control tooling, and keep quality and flow locked in.

Core Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual machine tools to support CNC operations.
• Set up and operate 2-axis CNC horizontal and VTL lathes; additionally set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills as required.
• Organize, stage, and move materials to meet schedule and quality objectives.
• Evaluate and requisition purchased tooling and supplies.

Experience You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four or more years of machine tool setup and operation in an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environment, working from complex documentation and verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Choose day or night shifts; night shift includes a 15% differential on base pay.

Rewards

Compensation is $35.00–$45.00 per hour, with a 15% differential for night shift. The range reflects our good-faith estimate of the anticipated minimum and maximum base + bonus. Final compensation is based on education, training, and/or experience related to the role and may fall outside the range depending on the circumstances.
